If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Apples & Oranges Kids Clothes, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges, providing the item(s) are returned within 14 days after you received the item(s) for a full refund, less shipping cost. If you received free shipping, the shipping and handling cost will be deducted from your refund. After 14 days, all returns are store credit or exchange only.

All items returned or exchanged must be unworn or unwashed with original tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) are not in a sellable condition.

No exchanges, returns or store credit after 30 days from ship date.

Sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchanges.

When returning an item, please include the original copy of your sales receipt. Without the information we cannot process your return or exchange.

If an item was purchased as a set, (example a top and skirt/pants), it must be returned as a set. No returns of partial sets will be processed.

Returns can only be credited back to the credit card used to make the original purchase at Apples & Oranges Kids Clothes.

Credit or shipment will be processed within 14 days after the item(s) have been received. Notification will be done via e-mail to the e-mail address on file at the time of the credit or exchange being processed.

We highly recommend that your package is insured and get a tracking number before returning item(s). We suggest using UPS or FedEx to ship your return to us.

If something you have ordered is not in stock, we will advise as to when we expect delivery and ship it out as we receive it.

Sales Tax will be charged only within New York State. Sales Tax will be based on shipping address, not billing address. If your shipment is going outside New York State, tax will not be charged. Apples and Oranges Kids Clothes charges 8.375% sales tax for orders shipped within New York State.

Privacy is valued. All information submitted to Apples & Oranges Kids Clothes is kept confidential. No personal information will be sold, shared or distributed to any third party.

Shipping is done via UPS or USPS within the United States. *Orders over $100 receive free shipping for USPS Standard Ground service.
